You come and go. The doors swing closed ever more gently, almost without a shudder. Of all those who move through the quiet houses, you are the quietest.
We become so accustomed to you, we no longer look up when your shadow falls over the book we are reading and makes it glow. For all things sing you: at times we hear them more clearly.
Often when I imagine you your wholeness cascades into many shapes. You run like a herd of luminous deer and I am dark, I am forest.
You are a wheel at which I stand, whose dark spokes sometimes catch me up, revolve me nearer to the center.
Then all the work I put my hand to widens from turn to turn.
Could I ask you to explain the music of heaven for me?
Sounding the ten thousand things differently, so each becomes itself according to itself alone, who could make such music?
—Chuang Tzu (369-286 BCE)

We cannot, for example, draw a line around the eyes that is not necessarily arbitrary. There is no point at which the eyes begin or end, either in time or in space or conceptually. The eye bone is connected to the face bone, and the face bone is connected to the head bone, and the head bone is connected to the neck bone, and so it goes down to the toe bone, the floor bone, the earth bone, the worm bone, the dreaming butterfly bone.
Thus, what we call our eyes are so many bubbles in a sea of foam. This is not only true of our eyes but of our other powers of sensation as well, including the mind.

The Heart is the center of the Self and the Self is the center of centers. Just as the subtle force of electricity travels through wires and does many wonderful things, so too the Heart imparts sentience to the senses.
—Sri Ramana Maharshi
.
Bright but hidden, the Self dwells in the heart. Everything that moves, breathes, opens, and closes Lives in the Self. This is the Source of Love And may be known through love but not through thought. This is the goal of life.
Here are woven heaven and earth, Mind and body. Realize this as the One Behind the many and stop all vain talk. This is the bridge from death to deathless life.
Where all the nerves meet like spokes in a wheel, There dwells the One behind the many. Meditate upon This in the mantram. This is the guide from death to deathless life.
This Source of Love is before and behind. It extends to the right and to the left. It extends above; it extends below. There is no one here but the This. This alone is; in truth, This alone is.
—The Mundaka Upanishad

You.Tube video notes from composer, excerpts:
"This music for meditation and/or sleep has been composed in the healing Solfeggio frequency of 639Hz, a frequency our heart chakra can resonate with. Additionally, two binaural beats, creating a 6Hz theta and a 0.1Hz delta frequency, have been added to help you improve heart and brain coherence, harmonize vibrations, and align your thoughts and feelings. When the heart and the brain are in optimal sync with one another, the frequency measured is 0.1Hz.
This is called heart brain coherence. When experiencing heart brain coherence, the nervous system, cardiovascular system, hormonal system and immune system, work much more harmoniously & efficiently together, creating a more optimal level of performance. The frequency of 0.1Hz lies within the range of delta brainwave frequencies (0.1Hz - 3.5Hz).
Delta waves are the slowest recorded brain waves in human beings. They are found most often in infants and young children, and are associated with the deepest levels of relaxation and restorative, healing sleep. The frequency of 6Hz lies within the range of theta brainwaves (4-8 Hz). A study aimed at finding out the brain's responses to binaural beats by providing different binaural beat frequencies to participants, showed that left hemisphere dominance occurs in 3Hz beat within 15 minutes and 15Hz beat within 5 minutes.
639 Hz is a healing Solfeggio frequency our heart chakra can resonate with. Our heart chakra is the fourth chakra and the center of the seven chakras with three chakras below and three chakras above. It is the center, the area where physical and spiritual meet.
Our heart chakra stands for the ability to give and receive love and forgiveness. It is the center of hope, trust, compassion and inspiration. When our heart chakra is open, we may feel being deeply connected to the harmonious exchange of energy with our inner self and all that is around us.
The term “binaural” means “relating to two ears”. A binaural beat is an auditory illusion, perceived when two different tones with frequencies lower than 1500Hz and less than 40Hz apart, are played one through each ear. This creates the auditory illusion of a third tone in your brain. This third tone is called a “binaural beat”. The music in this video has been composed in the healing Solfeggio frequency of 639Hz and the binaural beat sine waves are set one octave lower with a difference of 6Hz between the left and the right sine wave, resp. three octaves below with a difference of 0.1Hz.
The music in this video is an original 639Hz composition and has not been artificially tuned to 639 Hz after completion. I am convinced that, composing music in its original frequency, will lead to better results when it comes to deploying the positive energy and benefits of this particular Solfeggio frequency.
